Step 01:
This cool tutorial will show you how to change the texture of any picture the easy way with great results. Open any picture you want to use in Photoshop to start.

Step 02:
Now create a new document. Make this document 3×3 and then use the pencil tool and draw a line like you see in the picture. Use the magnifying glass to make the document as big as you can to make this easy. Now simply click on a spot and release. Do this until you have created a vertical line.

Step 03:
Now lets turn that line into a pattern. Click on Edit-Transform-Pattern and then give it a name. You can close this document now and lets go back to our open picture now. Create a new layer Layer-New Layer.

Step 04:
Grab the Bucket Tool and then look for the pattern we created earlier. Choose the pattern option and then click on the pattern. You should be able to see the icon now.
