 Q: I submitted my artwork but I have not seen it published yet: Is there a problem? Not all the artwork that is received is turned into a puzzle or an e-card. You have to meet certain criteria before your work is considered.

 Q: How many times can I submit my artwork or photographs to your site? As many as you want!! If you do not see your artwork published, please try again. Sometimes there are so many great pictures and we need a little remainder. We are very careful to keep all works in mind when selecting artwork to publish and all entries are considered at all times.

 Q: The link I provided for my website has changed and I need you to correct it. How do I do that? E-mail us the new link and we will be happy to correct our site so our visitors can find you and can come to your site.

 Q: I sent you my artwork and I love your puzzles. Can I download them for personal use or to give to my friends? Of course! they are YOUR puzzles. You may download them from our website and email them to anyone you want. You can also download them and offer them for download in you own website but you have to host them in your own site.

 Q: I want to have some puzzles made for personal use. Can I submit them to you to have them made but not published? No problem at all. You send us your artwork and we will transform it into puzzles with different levels of difficulty and almost any amount of pieces. Once we get them done, we will e-mail them to your and will destroy the originals.

 Q: I have a "risque" personal photograph that I want to transform into a puzzle. Can you do that? We have no problems making your naughty pictures into games for your significant other. You must understand that if someone involved in the picture disagrees with what you want, you are solely legally responsible. You must make sure that you own the material and that everyone involved agrees to what you want.

 Q: Can you make puzzles that link to my site instead of yours so that I can advertise my own website? It will be a pleasure! send us your information like website name, icons or logos and we will transform them into a personal puzzle that will ink back to your website.
