 All copyrights for the pictures shown in this website belong to their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

 You must submit photos or artwork for which you are the legal copyright holder. Be aware that every time you download something off the internet you may be infringing someone else's property rights. If we are aware that you submitted a picture or artwork that does not belong to you, we will remove from this pages immediately.

You are solely responsible for the materials you submit. If there are any legal problems arising from your artwork you are fully responsible for those problems. 

You agree that any artwork submitted to us may be used for the promotion of www.dkauffman.org as we see fit. The artworks submitted are your intellectual property. We will only use it under the terms and conditions explained here. 

If we decide to sell your artwork to our customers, we will agree on a price before your artwork is released. Upon agreement on a fee that will be decided on a case by case basis, we will sell your artwork in any form  that www.dkauffman.org sees fit. 

It is your right to refuse to let us use your artwork in any commercial venture. In the event that you do not want us to distribute your artwork, we will still be glad to showcase it here for you. 

You may download any of the artwork showcased for your personal use as long as you do not sell it or alter it in any form. Any artwork submitted by you will be removed from our site at your request. 

When you submit artwork to this site, it will be showcased as an online puzzle and also in the picture gallery. A direct link to your personal website will be provided so that others can come and visit your personal website if there is one. If you do not have a website, your name will be displayed instead.

Selected pictures will also be transformed into e-cards that our visitors can send to loved ones free of charge. All works will be considered for Puzzles, E-Cards or Online Photography purposes.  If you prefer your artwork to be showcased in a specific category only, we will accommodate your request. 

You agree to submit materials suitable for all audiences as this is a family site for sane fun and  entertainment. If you have something risqué that you want us to turn into a game for your personal use, we will be glad to do so for a small fee. 

You expressly agree that the use of this site and the services, resources and information obtained through this site are at your sole risk. www.dkauffman.org and its affiliates accept no responsibility for damages that may occur, in particular to the data files or the hardware and software of the user. Furthermore, under no circumstances will www.dkauffman.org and Affiliates be responsible for ordinary damages, consequential damages and direct damages, or damages that occur due to the incorrect usage, loss of data or loss of profits in conjunction with the use of this site and the services, resources and information which are accessible on this website.
